新たなバイオ医薬品モダリティの誕生とその複雑化は、特性解析の新たな課題を生んでいます。タンパク質のフォールディングや機能・安定性において重要な役割を果たすジスルフィド結合の配置決定はその代表例です。Genedata Expressionist 18.0は、タンパク質内のジスルフィド結合やその他のクロスリンクのマッピングの大幅な加速、偽陽性アノテーションの削減、そしてミスペアリングされた〈スクランブル〉の結合に自動的にフラグを立てる新しいアルゴリズムを搭載しています。この画期的な解析テクノロジーによって複雑な課題に対応し、バイオ医薬品特性解析の生産性を高める堅牢なソリューションを提供します。
